We would like to tell you almost all Nidy’s products are non-woven which are meant to be used one time i.e. disposable in nature. Nidy takes special care of your health. These products have been specially made keeping your health & hygiene in mind.
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with a product, we invite you to contact us within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order to request a return and when dealing with disposable products, the refund policy and the number of days allowed for a return can vary depending on the retailer or the specific terms set by your brand, Nidy. However, a typical refund window for disposable products is usually around 7 to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. . Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process as seamless as possible.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition—unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
A) For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns of the following products once opened or used: Health care & wellness Products: This includes adult care, kids & baby care, Salon supplies, hospital supplies & other hygiene related products etc.
Personal Care Products:
This includes cotton pads, bedsheets, pillow covers, disposable towels, and other items that come into direct contact with the body.
Sanitary Products: This includes face masks, gloves, PPE, innerwears and other sanitation supplies.
B) Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement. We may request photos or a brief description of the damage before processing your request.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost. We will also provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

i) Maintaining Product Integrity: Cleanliness: Maintaining a rigorous cleaning schedule for production areas to minimize dust and contamination.
Temperature & Humidity Control: Storing and manufacturing products within designated temperature and humidity ranges to prevent material degradation.
Material Handling: Using designated gloves and tools when handling white components to minimize physical damage or transfer of contaminants.
Packaging: Taking special care during packaging & Inspecting packaging for tears or punctures before use. Ensuring proper sealing before dispatch.
First-In, First-Out (FIFO): Rotating stock regularly to prevent products exceeding their designated shelf life.
ii) Documentation: Detailed records: Maintaining thorough records of all materials, processes and personnel involved in manufacturing these disposable items.
Traceability:
Implemented a system to track finished products and their batches for efficient recall management, if necessary.
Following these guidelines ensures the quality and sterility of medical & other disposable hygiene related products. Furthermore, we have kept an option for you, you can order a sample from our website to check the product, after that you can order in bulk as per your requirement. This could indicate that the product is designed for single-use purposes and isn’t eligible for returns or refunds once purchased, which is common for disposable items.
