Q. What’s the MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is mentioned 5500 kg for a 20 ft container or 12500 kg for a 40 ft High Cube (HQ) container, with a requirement of 1000 kg per color. For customers needing smaller quantities, Less than Container Load (LCL) shipping is an option, but the charges will be higher due to the handling and consolidation of smaller shipments. This gives customers flexibility if they don’t require a full container’s worth of goods.
Q. Can I get a sample from your company? Will I pay for the express fee?
Yes, you can get some samples from our company so that you can check the product properly, for this you will have to fill the form given on our website so that we can know your requirement. You will have to select name, address, product category, sample, you will not have to pay anything for this.

a) T/T : TT 30% deposit before production, balance against BL copy.

Knowing that it typically takes 15-20 days after confirming receipt of the deposit helps us plan accordingly.
Q. How will you follow my order?
When the goods start packing, we will send you some pictures of the goods. If you find any deficiencies, please contact us. We will contact you via e-mail or Skype/Viber/Whatsapp as soon as production is complete. You can get complete information about the order from us.
